Every month my home electric bill received Rs300.00 to Rs 500.00 as actual and all due cleared upto May-2015. From the June-2015 Electric bill sudden changed to Rs 5500.00 per month due to wrong meter.
I gave a complaint to NESCO meter reader. He told me ok I will check and give a complaint at NESCO, Soro office. Every month same amount bill received and meter reader told me same thing. Passed 5-6 months due to I had no time because I am a business man.
In 29/12/2015 I was give a complaint at NESCO, Soro. They accept the application and told me, you have to pay the full bill amount. Then I gave a complaint at NESCO, Balasore. Again and again I had meet with NESCO officers in soro and Balasore. No one had given me proper response or respect. I was mentally pressurized.
On dated 25/01/2016 I came to know about "JAGO GRAHAK SATHI". I gave a complaint to them. I had to pay their fees. Then they had started their work and told me not to go any NESCO Office till our instructions.
In the month of Feb they told me to meet with EE,soro. EE had send me to meet with SDO, SDO had send me to meet with JE, JE had send me to meet with Accountant. Then I returned as per their instruction.
On dated 22/03/2016 a call had received from NESCO, Balasore and said me to meet with EE, Soro. At that time my total electric bill was due Rs55000.00. Total bill was rectified by paying of Rs2360.00 only. All my dues had cleared by paying only 2360.00. They had take 3 months to resolve the matter.
