We are assuring for speed response; we are charging a nominal fee on the basis of your claim amount. Different compliant and plans are having different fee amount. We have categorized our fees in two parts one is application fees, and another is professional fees.
Client will write us a request letter from his registered mail id with reference to case no for refund. Remember mail should attached all supporting documents, Front page of bank passbook or cancelled cheque.
For all cases we have rights to deduct necessary expenses, Taxes, and other government fees from deposited amount.
Refund process will take 6-7 working days from the date of your refund claim (subject to details verification)
• If anyone cancelled his complaint within 2 days from the date of complaint register. One can eligible to claim refund for both application fees and processional fees -100%.
• If anyone cancelled his complaint after 2 days from the date of complaint register and before any proceeding. One can eligible to claim refund processional fees -100% and not eligible for application fees.
• In case of any client done fake registration or provide fake documents, no amount refund against your cancellation
• If the case resolved within three days from the date of registration than not eligible for any refund.
• If your case not resolved for any reasons from our side than you are eligible for refund of processional fees-100%
• For any circumstances, Jago Grahak Sathi has rights on refund of processional fees-100%
We are not a Govt. body or portal; however, we provide legal services, GST Registration & filing, Consumer Complaint, Employee’s complaints, PF Complaints and etc.
