No hope to get my Provident Fund amount but finally got my saved money.

I was worked with Jindal Steel and Power Ltd through Adwik Security services Pvt Ltd in 2009 to 2015.After 2015 Adwik security services had leave JSPL. I had only the PF slip that had all wrong data even name, father's name & DOB
My KYC document Like Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID and Bank Passbook had also wrong My name, father's name and DOB. So I had not think that I could got my PF amount. I had forgot that PF amount.
In Jindal Plant one of my colig suggested to contact with Jago Grahak Sathi. So I had Contacted with Jago Grahak Sathi. They Suggested to lodge a complaint in Portal.A required minimum amount I had paid at the time of complaint lodged.
Jago Grahak Sathi find out the contact details of Adwik Security servvices Pvt Ltd.My KYC documents was not correct and PF data not correct.
Jago Grahak Sathi step by step corrected all my documents like aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, Bank pass book and PF data. It had take time 6 months but anyhow I had received my hard working money of Rs 38,000.I got my hard working money

My Provident Fund was mixed with EPFO miscellaneous Fund and No hope to get the amount

Namaskar, I am Chandan Gupta, Uttar Pradesh.
After leaved Prism cement I had joined with JSPL. After one year I came to know that my PF balance not transferred from Prism.
Earlier My PF was deposited in Government EPFO and in JSPL it was JSPL,Traust. I had talk with officer in JSPL and Prism. They had replied me your PF balance had mixed with PF miscellaneous fund. They told me you have to go Jabalpur PF office and meet with EPFO officer.
I thought it is not fruit full to go EPFO,Jabalpur. I was worried. At that time I had came to know about JAGO GRAHAK SATHI. I had give my complaint to "JAGO GRAHAK SATHI" and as per their requirement I had gave all the documents. I had paid their fees through online. Then they handled the case.
After One month EFPO had gave the balance statement. Wrong Balance had send by EPFO in the statement. After communication EPFO corrected the amount and had transferred to JSPL Trust account. Within one month from date of complaint, I got the PF amount of Rs4,50,000.
Thanks to JAGO GRAHAK SATHI from my bottom of heartly. Actually they are fight for consumers and employees rights. Again Thanks.

Ten months Electric bill of Rs 55,000/- resolved by paying of Rs 2360/-

Namaskar,I am Akhay Das from Soro, Odisha
Every month my home electric bill received Rs300.00 to Rs 500.00 as actual and all due cleared upto May-2015. From the June-2015 Electric bill sudden changed to Rs 5500.00 per month due to wrong meter.
I gave a complaint to NESCO meter reader. He told me ok I will check and give a complaint at NESCO, Soro office. Every month same amount bill received and meter reader told me same thing. Passed 5-6 months due to I had no time because I am a business man.
In 29/12/2015 I was give a complaint at NESCO, Soro. They accept the application and told me, you have to pay the full bill amount. Then I gave a complaint at NESCO, Balasore. Again and again I had meet with NESCO officers in soro and Balasore. No one had given me proper response or respect. I was mentally pressurized.
On dated 25/01/2016 I came to know about "JAGO GRAHAK SATHI". I gave a complaint to them. I had to pay their fees. Then they had started their work and told me not to go any NESCO Office till our instructions.
In the month of Feb they told me to meet with EE,soro. EE had send me to meet with SDO, SDO had send me to meet with JE, JE had send me to meet with Accountant. Then I returned as per their instruction.
On dated 22/03/2016 a call had received from NESCO, Balasore and said me to meet with EE, Soro. At that time my total electric bill was due Rs55000.00. Total bill was rectified by paying of Rs2360.00 only. All my dues had cleared by paying only 2360.00. They had take 3 months to resolve the matter.
